The box arrived nice and neat with no dents at all. any extra wrapping would’ve been unnecessary because it was already packed well

I bought my wig from wigs.com a few months back, i wasn’t sure how well it would hold up with regular wear. I’ve been wearing it about 3 or 4 times a week, and so far it’s still in good shape. The cap hasn’t stretched out or started feeling loose, which was something I was a little worried about. After washing it, the ends did get a bit dry, but I kind of expected that to happen. Overall, I’m happy with how durable it’s been. I just wish it stayed soft for a little longer.

"I was kind of nervous ordering..."
I was kind of nervous ordering a wig online because you never really know how these things are going to look, but this one looks so natural. The hairline sits really nicely, and my sister didn’t even notice it was a wig until I told her. I feel like everyone assumes wigs are going to look obvious, but this one really doesn’t. Happy with it.

"Color was close to the photos!!"
I’d give wigs.com 4 stars!! I was a little nervous the color would show up looking totally different than the pictures online, but it was actually close!! Maybe just a tiny bit warmer in person, but nothing that bothered me. Overall it matched better than I expected!!! I do wish they had more photos in regular, everyday lighting though!!

I was surprised by how well this wig fit. It didn’t feel too tight, and I was able to wear it for most of the day without any real issues. I took off one star because the cap did get a little warm after a while, but overall it’s "comfortable" and easy to wear.

"Pretty helpful customer service"
I had a question about my order last week, or maybe it was the week before, I can’t remember exactly. They got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. It wasn’t totally perfect, but the woman I spoke with was really nice and helped get everything sorted out.

"Exchange was easy, but the delay was on them"
I had to exchange my wig, and to be fair, the return process itself wasn’t complicated. But it took a few days longer than it should have, which was frustrating because that delay was clearly on their end. It worked out eventually, but they really need to handle exchanges faster.

After dealing with way too many products that needed returns or follow-ups, I was relieved this cap was just good right out of the box. It feels really well made, sits nice and flat, and doesn’t itch at all. Comfortable enough that I didn’t have to think about it.
